ASTM F963 is the standard for toy safety in the United States and ensures that toys entering the market complies to their standards.
EN71 is the equivalent European Union toy safety standard, applying the same spirit of rigorous child safety testing across European markets.

CPSC Registration and CPSIA Compliance
Dolls Inc is the sister company of Doll Kits International Ltd who is a registered business with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Our products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), which mandates conformance to ASTM F963 for children's products sold in the United States. A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) is in place for our product line, documenting third-party testing by government accredited laboratories and confirming that our products meet all applicable requirements. This documentation is available upon request for care facilities or institutional purchasers who require it for their procurement processes.
